Responsibilities:

• End-to-end UI/UX design process, from conceptualization of game flows to the preparation of final assets.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
• Translate research findings into actionable design insights to inform product improvements.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to visually communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design ideas and solutions.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency across devices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape the product’s design, visuals, and overall user experience.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency in design execution.
• Craft interactive elements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Ensure intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable user interactions throughout the product.
• Plan and execute usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations to refine the user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Continuously look for ways to improve design processes and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centric projects.
• Familiarity with the Casino industry, particularly live casino or slots.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software.
• Expertise in user flow development.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Up-to-date knowledge of web and mobile UI trends.
• Experience implementing and maintaining design systems and managing design versions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with animation and motion design.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
