For our client, a global leader in transport solutions, dedicated to creating a better future we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative in Bacau, who will lead the transition toward a sustainable transport system, promoting mobility that benefits businesses, society, and the environment.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling trucks and related services, contributing to the growth of the customer portfolio, and achieving the company's sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Customer Portfolio Development
- Identify new potential clients.
- Maintain and develop business relationships with existing clients, offering post-sale assistance and ongoing support.
Product Presentation and Demonstration
- Organize meetings with clients to provide detailed presentations on the technical specifications and advantages of the company's products.
- Conduct test sessions and practical demonstrations for interested clients, offering technical details on usage and maintenance.
- Participate in national test and drive events to promote high-end products.
Commercial and Financial Consultation
- Provide customized financing, leasing, and purchasing solutions in collaboration with finance and leasing departments.
- Prepare and present commercial offers and calculate associated costs based on the specific needs of clients.
Negotiation and Contract Finalization
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale in accordance with company policies and the client's interests.
- Prepare necessary documents and finalize sales contracts, ensuring all details are clear and correctly completed.
Sales Targets and Performance Monitoring
- Achieve annual sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to identify opportunities for optimizing results.
Database Management and Updates
- Maintain an accurate record of clients and offers in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to keep information on truck inventory, personalized requests, delivery estimates, and other significant client details up to date.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Higher education, preferably in commercial, economic, or technical fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role within the industry.
Knowledge and Skills
- Technical knowledge of trucks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work to sales targets.
- Proficiency in office applications (MS Office, CRM) and data management.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Conversational level of English is a must.
