Traditional Trade Sales Specialist
For one of our clients, a fast-growing company, leader on many European markets, manufacturer of fast-moving consumer goods, we are searching for a Traditional Trade Sales Specialist. The Traditional Trade Sales Specialist will cover a weekly route (Sibiu, Brașov, Mureș and Alba) and will coordinate sales activities, optimize orders, manage key accounts, negotiate promotions, maintain customer relationships, and ensure effective collaboration with distributors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activity in the area in accordance with the selling policy of the company.
- Optimizing orders from distributors, sales coordination and checking of stocks in warehouses.
- Collaborating with Sales Representative in local key accounts and routing.
- Engagement in the listing of products in distributors and numeric distribution in the region.
- Negotiation of promotional activities and promotional packages and development of a Promo calendar that aligns with the brands strategies.
- Maintain and develop customer - analyzing the results of the customers and take concrete measures to develop.
- Collaboration with distributors and their structure in relation to the quality of customers, service and supplying the necessary information related to workflow.
- Creation of relevant records relating to the work within the specified period.
- Maintains contractual relationships with clients in the region through regular visits to the routing.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous professional experience with sales reports and data.
- Proficiency in English – B2 level.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Computer literacy: working proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to independently prioritize and organize relevant tasks.
- Ability to persuade and defend the principles of the company.
