Responsibilities:
- Analyze the quality performance of the company's sales teams against applied targets and against specific corporate standards;
- Conduct the development and execution of programs that sustain product, service and campaign launches that uprise our customer experience;
- Coordinate internal processes with other departments with which the commercial entity is engaged in order to optimize time and task efficiency;
- Analyze and keep track of the commercial structure through enterprise applications to attain a higher level of efficiency;
- Offer recommendations on the design, workload and workflow optimization of the sales structure employees.
Required Skills
- Prior work experience in a similar position - minimum of 2 years, ideally in FMCG sector;
- University degree in Economics / Finance or related is considered a plus;
- Good level of English – both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail;
- Computer skills – MS Office – Power Point, Word, Excel;
- Driver licence B.
