Our client is a dynamic, well-established leader in real estate services.

We are assisting in the recruitment of a new team member to join their finance department --> Financial Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial status of clients and ensuring alignment across entities.

The office is centrally located, and you will have the option to work from home one day a week.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports, for owners and management
• Issue invoices based on the lease agreements
• Collection activities and collections status reports
• Regular analysis of the costs executed and budgets
• Monitor and book accordingly the suppliers’ invoices
• Manage tenants’ bank guarantees term of validity and renewal
• Manage the tenants’ insurances term of validity and renewal
• Prepare annual service charge reconciliation
• Use the company financial tools for manage the financial activities
• Distribution of utilities according to meters and share of common areas (individually by customers), issuing invoices and calculation annexes.
• Evidence of contractual terms, possibilities for renegotiation and extension of contracts; annual price indexations according to Eurostat publications; records of discounts allocated under the contract; evidence of contractual guarantees; notices for guarantee, indexation, debts collection

Requirements:

• University degree (Economics is a plus)
• 3-5 years of work experience - previous experience in retail real estate is a plus
• Strong MS Office (Excel) and Internet Banking Knowledge
• Be fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analysis, planning and reporting skills
• Enjoy a dynamic, challenging teamwork-oriented environment
