For one of our clients, we are hiring a Project Manager in the field of interior fit-out, with proven experience in coordinating construction projects for office spaces, HoReCa (restaurants, hotels, cafes), or commercial spaces (showrooms, stores, retail). The role involves full project coordination – from the concept phase and obtaining permits to execution and final delivery to the client.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within the construction sector, especially with interior fit-out projects for office, HoReCa, or commercial spaces.
- Hands-on experience in working with suppliers, subcontractors, and execution teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (Master’s degree or relevant specializations are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of construction legislation, ISU/fire safety norms, permits and authorization procedures, urban planning, and local regulations.
- Ability to analyze technical project documentation and identify risks or optimization opportunities.
- English – intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on attitude, strong organizational skills, results-oriented, with great attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and available for occasional site visits.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of interior fit-out projects for office, HoReCa, and commercial spaces.
- Define project objectives, budget, and timelines, and ensure close follow-up throughout the process.
- Manage the permitting process, including obtaining all required approvals and documentation to start construction.
- Handle contracts and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with the execution schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain constant communication with the client and project teams to ensure transparency and effective issue resolution.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, costs, and risks for the management team.
