Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical education
• Minimum of 5 years with general IT experience in software development
• Experience working with Java (Spring) and/or Frontend Technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.)
• Open to learn and develop new technical skills (eg. Open to learn microservices or microfrontends)
• Team oriented, proactive and you like coming with ideas and driving improvement initiatives
• Fluent English and
• Thrive in an international working environment

Nice to have

• Experience working in the defense domain
• Experience working with the following:
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • Microservices
  • Microfrontends

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with your team members to implement new features, change requests and fix defects.
• Share knowledge with the team and generate ideas for new improvement initiatives.
• Work together with the architects and other team members to transform a concept into a detailed technical solution, complete with scope, requirements, technical diagrams, task split and estimations.
• Inspect and review the code of your colleagues.

Practical information

• Hybrid setup: office and remote work
• Our team is based in Romania and Denmark, with collaboration and occasional travel between the two locations, so you should expect 2-3 business trips per year.
• Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects.
