Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

to join their dynamic team.

They are a global leader in engineering and manufacturing automotive systems, bearing solutions, and high-performance machine tools, supplying customers from Europe, Asia and North America, with more than 90% of the production going abroad. Job role:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Develop financial models to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership that communicate financial performance and key metrics.

What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong knowledge of risk and control standards, statutory accounting (IFRS is a plus)
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Proficient in financial English.
- SAP knowledge
