ERP & Business Application Manager
Team coordinator, manager, who establishes strategy and vision for IT domains and oversees a team of technology specialists who manage the organization's internal systems and applications.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategy and vision for the ERP system and business application landscape.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to align with the broader company strategy and vision.
- Budget planning and managing operations and investments within efficiently managed expenditure.
- Ensure the correct operation of ERP systems and business applications, contributing to smooth business operations.
- Provide timely feedback to team members regarding their performance, attitude, and professional approach.
- Manage project budgeting and assist team members in risk management and project planning.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor operations and project progress, ensuring that project milestones and team objectives are met.
- Coordinate and prioritize project and incident-based work for external service providers, aligning with team members.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and define contingency plans to limit impact.
- Lead the implementation of complex business processes that align with the current or changing ERP configuration.
- Provide backup support for team members.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of functional knowledge in SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA systems, with FI, SD, and MM modules.
- Over 3 years of experience in planning, analyzing, designing, testing, and documenting business processes within SAP ERP systems.
- Over 2 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience in shaping and/or supporting the strategy and vision of a team based on IT and business needs.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- University degree, preferably in technical fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and delegation skills.
- Strong team coordination and motivation skills.
- Ability to build positive and constructive relationships with both direct colleagues and business stakeholders.
