For our client, a global leader in transport solutions, dedicated to creating a better future. Its mission is to lead the transition toward a sustainable transport system, promoting mobility that benefits businesses, society, and the environment. To achieve its goals, the company relies on the support of a strong Sales Department, thus we are looking for 2 experienced Sales Representatives for their trucks department focused on the construction industry for the North-West (Sibiu) or East (Bacau) regions of Romania.
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling trucks and other components designed for the construction industry, contributing to the growth of the customer portfolio, and achieving the company's sales targets. The agent will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and complete transactions professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Customer Portfolio Development:
- Identify new clients in the construction sector, including construction companies, contractors, and heavy equipment operators.
- Maintain and develop business relationships with existing clients, offering post-sale assistance and ongoing support.
Product Presentation and Demonstration:
- Organize meetings with clients to provide detailed presentations on the technical specifications and advantages of trucks for the construction industry.
- Conduct test sessions and practical demonstrations for interested clients, offering technical details on usage and maintenance.
- Join test and drive events on a national level to promote high-end products.
Commercial and Financial Consultation:
- Provide customized financing, leasing, and purchasing solutions in collaboration with finance and leasing departments.
- Prepare and present commercial offers and calculate associated costs according to the specific needs of clients.
Negotiation and Contract Finalization:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale in accordance with company policies and the client's interests.
- Prepare necessary documents and finalize sales contracts, ensuring all details are clear and correctly completed.
Sales Targets and Performance Monitoring:
- Achieve annual sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to identify opportunities for optimizing results.
Database Management and Updates:
- Maintain an accurate record of clients and offers in the company’s database.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to keep information on truck inventory, personalized requests, delivery estimates, and other significant details regarding potential and current clients up to date.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Higher education, preferably in commercial, economic, or technical fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar role within the construction-designed machinery industry.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical knowledge of trucks and construction equipment (an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work to sales targets.
- Proficiency in office applications (MS Office, CRM) and data management.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- At least conversational knowledge of English is a must
