Responsibilities:

• Analyze the quality performance of the company's sales teams against applied targets and against specific corporate standards;
• Conduct the development and execution of programs that sustain product, service and campaign launches that uprise our customer experience;
• Coordinate internal processes with other departments with which the commercial entity is engaged in order to optimize time and task efficiency;
• Analyze and keep track of the commercial structure through enterprise applications to attain a higher level of efficiency;
• Offer recommendations on the design, workload and workflow optimization of the sales structure employees.‍

Required Skills

• Prior work experience in a similar position - minimum of 2 years, ideally in FMCG sector;
• University degree in Economics / Finance or related is considered a plus;
• Good level of English – both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail;
• Computer skills – MS Office – Power Point, Word, Excel;
• Driver licence B.
