For our client, a leading player in the industrial equipment sector, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer for the Oil Free Compressors department to join their growing team.
The role focuses on promoting the sales of core equipment to achieve the company's targets for sales, profitability, and market share within Romania's South Region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Growth & Profitability: Drive profitable growth through increased market and customer share, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Territory Management & Marketing: Support the National Sales Manager in developing and implementing territory strategies, marketing actions, and training programs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities, presenting proposals, and closing deals, to following up on payment collection.
- Market Monitoring: Conduct competition analysis, track market shares, and identify growth opportunities. Create action plans and provide monthly reports.
- Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and prepare tailored proposals and offers. Collaborate closely with distributors, the service team, and internal departments like accounting and credit.
- B2B Development: Promote a customer-care culture by maintaining close communication with clients and supporting key accounts.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience (industrial sales preferred).
- Proficiency in local language and English, computer skills, and a clean driving license.
- Educational background in engineering or related experience.
- English level at least B2.
- Driver's license.

- Open communicator, creative problem-solver, team player, and willing to travel regularly.
