For one of our clients, a German luxury and commercial vehicle automotive brand, we are looking for a Quality Management Project Associate (German Speaker).

The Quality Management Project Associate will be part of the Standards and Governance Product Safety & Product Compliance Team, which has a mandate and a strong role within the company to ensure product compliance and product safety with partners.

Your tasks:

• Ensure that the processes regarding "Product Conformity (DZ)" and "Product Safety (DS)" are described and implemented in a stable, efficient manner.
• Regularly analyze our defined sensors and KPIs and prepare the status (weekly);
• Identify overarching focus topics and prepare the background to them (monthly);
• Coordinate relevant topics for the archiving of safety-relevant vehicle data within internal IT systems (ongoing)
• Further develop the qualification documents of DS & DZ (ongoing, new concept in 2024);
• Support the creation of management reports.

Ideal candidate:

• University degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Proficient in German and English (at least a B2 level);
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary and international work;
• Good technical understanding and affinity;
• Experience in the automotive industry, ideally in production and/or quality would be an advantage;
• Integrating, goal-oriented and self-reliant action should be among your strengths;
• Ability to communicate, make decisions and resolve conflicts.
