For one of our clients, a luxury brand specialised in creative and innovative solutions for space planning and interior detailing, we are looking for a
Procurement Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales team and other involved individuals to prepare and send offers to clients. Ensuring that client requirements are understood and reflected in the submitted offers.
- Maintaining continuous and efficient communication with suppliers, requesting and managing offers according to the requirements and specifications received from the project manager or architect.
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to develop new partnerships, both locally and internationally.
- Preparing offers in Excel and managing the procurement process.
- Confirming and tracking payments to suppliers, preparing proforma invoices and invoices, and ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner.
- Efficient communication with the finance department to ensure proper coordination.
- Efficient communication with the logistics manager to ensure optimal workflow and adherence to delivery deadlines.
- Active participation in tenders and the bidding process for new projects based on the company's commercial policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement;
- Previous experience in the presentation and sale of furniture (an advantage);
- Procurement process management skills;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Advanced level of English;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Driving license is considered an advantage.
