For our client, a global IT service provider for financial services, we are recruiting a
Personal Assistant.
As part of the Personal Assistance Department, the Personal Assistant will provide remote support for an Executive Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the calendars of the management team and scheduling and organizing meetings;
- Tracking of deadlines and mailed items (Managing the mailbox);
- Sending reminders and standard communications
- Follow-up on to-dos & action items;
- Preparing presentation documents;
- Coordinating international workshops, including agenda setting, participants, and logistics. Support and track the status of preparations;
- Organization of travel arrangements and the processing of travel documents;
- General administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with calendar management - in Outlook or Google Calendar;
- Professional English level - written and spoken;
- Previous experience with travel management is nice to have;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
- An accurate and reliable way of working;
- Very good communication and organizational skills;
- Pro-active and solution-oriented behaviour;
- Proactivity, attention to detail, adaptability.
