As a Marketing Assistant, you will engage closely with Sales teams, Global Business Unit teams, Logistics and Finance Departments, as well as with external research and advertising agencies and producers.
The individual in this role ensures the execution of all planned marketing activities in the Romanian and Hungarian markets with a strong focus on ATL and in-store initiatives. You will work closely with the Brand Manager based in the Bucharest office.
In collaboration with them, you will be responsible for the development, management, implementation, and oversight of the agreed Brand plans for Romania.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Executing Brand Marketing plans in accordance with the agreed Brand strategy
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating Brand campaigns for the Romanian market
- Monitoring and analyzing relevant categories, competitors, consumer attitudes, and habits with a strong emphasis on reviewing Retail Audit reports
- Managing projects with third-party vendors (BTL agencies, production studios, printing houses, etc.)
- Contributing to the development of a Brand-specific media strategy for the local market in close cooperation with the advertising/media agency
- Working with various media channels and adapting TV commercials
- Developing briefs, presentations, and project specifications for assignment to external agencies

Qualifications:
- A university degree in Economics, Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field
- Relevant experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in English – both written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Experience in presenting and defending ideas, strategies, and concepts
- A valid driver’s license
