For one of our clients, one of the most famous fintech companies in Romania, in the field of online transactions, we are looking for an

HR Generalist.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing strategic and hands-on support for the HR

function in the areas of staffing, recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
  • Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for hiring and on-boarding, including data entry in human resources information system.
  • Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire on-boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver a good first-day experience.
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status change, benefits, or company policies.
  • Oversee employee labor and HR laws and regulations to assure compliance.
  • Assist in coordination of staffing and recruitment processes.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in Human Resources;
  • Very good operating skills with the MS Office package and use of the Internet;
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Psychology, Sociology or Human Resources);
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English;
  • Excellent communication and people skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Meticulousness and initiative in carrying out tasks;
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to propose and implement solutions and improvements.
  • Capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Enthusiastic and detail-oriented person.
