We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Bulgarian language skills to join our client, a technology provider supporting companies in Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain, and Italy.
The company helps businesses optimize their workflows through technology integration and digitize operations with professional IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients in Bulgaria.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the company's IT solutions.
- Guide users through problem-solving processes, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Document and track customer inquiries, problems, and solutions in the internal system.
- Offer high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and software solutions (training will be provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
