Role Overview

• Integral member of the management control team at the site level, collaborating with Reporting, Headquarters, P2/P1, and business controllers.
• Plays a key role in the MTP, Budget, and Reporting processes.
• Assists in analyzing and validating financial performance.
• Ensures the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with MAF/IFRS rules.
• Manages the interface between Group/BG/PG/PL and Operations for scheduling and tool deployment.
• Acts as the controlling liaison for intra-group management requests.
• Provides management control support for the site.

Responsibilities

• Participates in and challenges the monthly closing process.
• Analyzes and reports on monthly results, including variance explanations against the budget and previous periods for all P&L and activity analysis lines.
• Prepares weekly financial performance reports and KPIs, including overdue external/internal controls and internal control metrics.
• Develops action plans for addressing performance issues ("Back on Track").
• Contributes to the budget and MTP processes, including guidelines, recharges, and standard templates.
• Develops and implements standard management control tools.
• Conducts specific ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Proposes solutions for resolving inter-site disputes (e.g., transfer pricing, R&D recharges).
• Conducts on-site management control reviews.
• Prepares and pre-validates IAR and CAA, ensuring adherence to workflow protocols.
• Facilitates the deployment of standard tools from Group/BG/PG/PL or RO within the site.
• Supports the Group Ethics & Compliance program by adhering to the code of ethics and policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling.
• Previous experience in Automotive industry is mandatory.
• Higher education degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in PC operations.
• High attention to detail and stress resilience for document and value verification.
• Efficient handling of notifications and advice.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Additional Information
