Responsibilities:
- Actively seeks new business opportunities, interacts with, and builds relationships with potential B2B clients and partners in the target market.
- Provides comprehensive and tailored solutions from the company's service portfolio—PR, communication, online marketing—to support each potential client in achieving their communication, marketing, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability goals.
- Creating and managing the sales pipeline through direct prospecting of companies and working on leads generated from marketing campaigns or sales support.
- Researching target sectors to understand market needs, challenges, potential requirements, and suitable PR, communication, and marketing solutions.
- Analyzing the tactics they use and the PR service providers/competitors they work with.
- Conducting meetings, preparing offers, negotiating, and closing/signing contracts with new clients and partners in the target sectors.
- Generating new sales and growing company's business.
- Collaborating closely and providing feedback to the marketing and operational teams regarding company's solutions and the need to adapt them to company needs and industry trends.
- Informing the management team about progress, successes, and sales forecasts.
- Identifying new markets (sectors) and business opportunities.
- Monitoring competitors in bidding/offering situations and extracting & communicating information & strategies used.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in active B2B service sales (hunting).
- Preferably, scientific or technical studies.
- Excellent knowledge of consultative B2B sales techniques, pipeline building, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
- Autonomous, organized, and meticulous in the process, aiming to achieve the set objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to a wide audience.
- Ability to build strong relationships in the field with clients and the internal team.
- Proactive, solution-oriented person.
