For our client, an international company that combines AI and technical skills with Construction Project Management, we are seeking a BIM Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role focuses on configuring and managing BIM workflows rather than direct modeling. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architecture, civil construction, or engineering processes and a clear grasp of the technical workflows involved in construction and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows.
- Collaborate with project teams to support BIM-related tasks and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical assistance for project updates and timesheets.
- Optimize and maintain BIM configurations to improve project efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure that project workflows align with technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Understanding of technical processes in construction and installations.
- Previous experience with Construction 3D modeling (Revit, Navisworks, BIM360).
- Familiarity with the construction lifecycle and technical documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Experience:
Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a related field (architecture, construction, engineering, or BIM), though recent graduates with a strong foundation in these areas are also welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of BIM processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of construction project phases and associated technical workflows.
