To achieve their goals, the will need support from a strong Sales Department.
You'll cover Bacau and nearby areas and you'll be organizing your activity at your preference, keeping your focus on hunting and best approach.
The schedule is Mo-Fr, 8:30 – 17:30, flexible.
Requirements:
- Proven relevant experience in a similar role – Sales Agent/ASM or others;
- Good business acumen and understanding of processes;
- Customer orientation: strong ability to understand and identify customer needs and suitable solutions;
- Consultant attitude;
- Conversational English level;
- Driving licence;
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to more technical discussions, proposing solutions to clients according to their specific needs;
- Good understanding of risks and opportunities in terms of business continuity and profitability;
- Advantage: Good understanding of industry and its technical specifics, particularly regarding electrified driving products;
- Advantage: good knowledge of competitors.
Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in hunting and database growth with focus on long-term relationships rather than on-shot deal;
- Actively involved in account management and keeping the client engaged;
- Plan and conduct meetings, building relationships on value propositions;
- Follow and meet targets, procedures and kip’s;
- Involved in end-to-end selling process, from prospecting clients to writing offers and closing and maintaining deals;
- Keep an open mind and engage in out of the box actions when necessary;
- Promote company culture and values towards market;
- Negotiate with mutual advantage and respect;
- Expose solid arguments and presentation on results and financial assets when required.
