For our client, one of the biggest highways, roads, and railroad companies on the market, we are looking for a \Tender Engineering Specialist.

Tender Engineering Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

• Study of technical documentation and their analysis (technical projects, feasibility studies, etc.) – including formulating requests for clarification to Contracting Authorities / Beneficiaries.
• Preparation of working methodologies / PTE / quality plans - required according to the tender documentation.
• Identification of types of works requiring special authorizations and necessary subcontractors.
• Preparation of technical offers for participation in public/private tenders.
• Elaboration of responses to requests for clarifications sent by Contracting Authorities Preliminary economic analyses/evaluations/calculations in order to estimate costs/execution costs.
• The assistance of the planning team in drawing up schedules/execution programs with resource allocation.

The ideal candidate:

• Higher education in construction Minimum 3 years experience in bidding in the field of road, bridge, and/or railway construction.
• Experience in studying technical documentation (technical projects, feasibility studies, etc.) and analyzing them – including making requests for clarification to Contracting Authorities / Beneficiaries.
• Experience in preparing working methodologies / PTE / quality plans - required according to the award documentation.
• Experience in preparing answers to clarification requests issued during tenders by Beneficiaries.
• Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of legislation/regulations specific to the field of activity: public procurement, design and execution of roads, bridges and/or railways, and authorization of construction works.
• Advanced English.

Advantages:

• Experience in drawing up execution schedules (Gantt diagrams) with the help of software applications...
• Knowledge of using AutoCAD.
