For our client, one of the largest global commercial real estate services firm, we are looking for a Technical Manager.

The Technical Manager is responsible for organizing all the technical activities related to the properties to ensure the top quality, control, and delivery of all processes involved.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure all technical equipment is functional and maintained in order to mitigate operational risk;
• Monitor and supervise the performance of service providers and suppliers, ensure the quality of the assets and equipment;
• Support with OpEx/CapEx budgeting and monitoring execution vs budgeted together with the Property Manager;
• OpEx/CapEx planning and periodic reporting;
• Conclude service provider tenders together with the Property Manager;
• Maintain contact with authorities, and monitor changes in regulations;
• Special attention to fire safety regulations and procedures;
• Monitor tenant issues in the Help Desk system, identify recurring problems, and provide short- and long-term resolution plans;
• Regular reporting to the Property Manager, Key Account Manager, and Head of Department;
• Supervise tenant fit-out and modification works as per the Property Management Agreement;
• Store and update property documentation on CWE One Drive;
• Proactive technical management to ensure maximum safety and effectiveness;
• Health & Safety and environmental management in order to comply with legislation affecting the property;
• Undertake periodic inspections of the Tenant areas, to determine the condition of the property;
• Coordinate the moving out of the Tenants and all dilapidation works the Tenants are required to perform under the Tenancies, all in accordance with the Owner’s instruction (including preparation and coordination of the scope, valuation, and realization of the dilapidation works by the Tenants and/or the Owner);
• Supervise, coordinate, and prepare the process relating to the conclusion of the contracts with the contractors and the performance of the works on the Properties including the repairs and modernizations.

The ideal candidate:

• University degree in Civil Construction specialty or similar;
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Technical Management for similar projects;
• Excellent level of information systems, MS Office, AutoCAD;
• Excellent understanding of Technical/ Construction process;
• Very good knowledge of legislation in construction, architecture, and urbanism;
• Flexibility, multiple tasks coordination, time management skills, team-oriented;
• Strong, dynamic, versatile personality;
• Driving license - B category.
