Responsibilities:
- Actively troubleshoot various cloud architectures to aid customers with solutions
- Continuously expand your cloud knowledge within a supportive team environment
- Focus on providing excellent technical resolutions and customer experiences
- Utilize existing knowledge bases to deliver customer-facing root cause analyses
- Offer customer-facing bug progress summaries using available tools and platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in English (C1 level)
- Holds European citizenship or a work permit in Romania
- Experienced with Linux OS
- Familiar with web protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, etc.) and understands networking standards
- Experienced with databases (SQL)
- Able to read and comprehend logs and stack traces
- Capable of conducting research using internal knowledge bases and publicly available documentation (official Google docs, Stack Overflow, Google Groups, etc.)
- Available to work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 24/7) from our Bucharest office (Piata Victoriei)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of containerization
- Familiarity with modern API technologies
