For our client, a private-owned bearings factory, located 90km from Bucharest, we are are seeking a talented and experienced finance professional to join their dynamic team, as a

Finance Deputy Manager.

They are a global leader in engineering and manufacturing automotive systems, bearing solutions, and high-performance machine tools, supplying customers from Europe, Asia and North America, with more than 90% of the production going abroad. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job role:

- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures
- Preparing financial reports and analysis
- Managing budgets and forecasting financial results
- Monitoring cash flow and financial transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to support overall business goals
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards

What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Prior work experience in a similar position / audit / reporting / Big 4 - minimum of 5 years
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles, risk and control standards, statutory accounting (IFRS is a plus), tax compliance, enterprise risk management and business process best practices
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, forecasting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial management software
- Very goog communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in managing people
- Proficient in finance English
