For one of our clients, a luxury brand specializing in creative and innovative solutions for space planning and interior detailing, we are looking for a Showroom Manager for their showroom.

The Showroom Manager will coordinate a team of 4 sales representatives and will be responsible for the overall store management.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to raise, expand store traffic and optimize profitability;
• Meet sales goals by training, and motivating the team;
• Experience with financial reports, forecasting, budgeting, and pricing;
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;
• Maintaining the relationship with furniture suppliers;
• Negotiation of sale and purchase contracts with clients;
• Planning and coordinating;
• Team management;
• Sales and customer care.

The ideal candidate:

• B2B sales experience;
• Previous experience in the presentation and sale of furniture is an advantage;
• Education (diploma) in the economic or interior design field, an advantage;
• Presentation, negotiation;
• Strong team management experience, and communication skills;
• PC skills (Word, Excels, Office Suites);
• Driving license - B Category, an advantage;
• English - advanced level is mandatory;
• More than 5 years experience in sales/as a store manager;
• Organized and stress-resistant;
• Leading skills and business orientation;
• Customer management skills;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Enthusiastic about everything they do, creative, clever and proactive.
