For one of our clients, a Swedish company and a global leader in products and services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation, we are looking for a
Sales Support Associate.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders received from the company's clients and provide support in placing and tracking merchandise orders;
- Support in preparing offers for tenders and projects;
- Provide partners with information about access control solutions/products, purchase prices, supplier availability, delivery times, warranties, legally required documents etc.;
- Promptly handle customer complaints;
- Communicate to clients any price changes, new promotions, requested documents related to the contract execution;
- Process all necessary documents in the internal system or clients' systems (where applicable), such as sales orders, consumption vouchers, returns, corrections etc.;
- Keep sales contracts up to date for both business directions: distribution of access control equipment and related accessories;
- Compile specific analyses based on invoiced data, sales reports, and reports for access control products;
- Develop sales forecasts based on historical data and other information provided by the sales manager;
- Prepare price lists in collaboration with colleagues from the department;
- Administer and archive technical documents for access control products and projects;
- Continuously maintain necessary databases: customer contacts, sales forecasts, purchase orders, sales orders, and supply for complex projects.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven Expertise: Bring a minimum of 1 year of solid experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to navigate the dynamic landscape of sales support;
- Sharp and Ambitious: We seek a savvy, ambitious, and dynamic individual who thrives on challenges and is eager to expand their skill set;
- Communication Maestro: Possess excellent communication skills with a knack for conveying messages and information effectively to diverse stakeholders;
- Global Communication: Maintain a moderate level of proficiency in English, as you will be engaging with clients beyond Romania when the need arises;
- Tech Proficiency: Command a basic understanding of the Microsoft Office suite to handle tasks with finesse.
