For our client, one of the largest global commercial real estate services firm, we are looking for a Property Manager.
The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of the assigned properties, ensure smooth tenant relations, and manage financial and operational aspects with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Management
- Act as the primary contact for tenants, ensuring exceptional service and quick problem resolution.
- Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and coordinate site visits for potential tenants.
- Handle and resolve tenant complaints and service requests efficiently.
- Assist with accounts receivable, handling disputes, defaults, and SCH reconciliations.
Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure all administrative and technical teams comply with regulations, policies, and standards.
- Oversee and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Conduct regular property inspections and recommend necessary maintenance work.
- Manage bidding, securing, and supervising subcontractors for efficient property operations.
- Act as the primary liaison between property owners and service providers.
- Prepare and oversee annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Monitor the Planned Maintenance Program (PMP) for assigned properties.
Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial, technical, and commercial reporting.
- Assist with annual SCH reconciliation and collection activities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in property management or the real estate industry.
- Technical University Degree (Engineering or related fields preferred).
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable services to clients.
- Strong management & communication skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills.
- Advanced financial knowledge and expertise in budgeting & reporting.
- Proficiency in English & MS Office.

Work Schedule:
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including lunch break).
