For one of our clients, a private-owned bearings factory, located 90 km from Bucharest, we are are seeking a

Procurement Manager,

responsible with the entire procurement process.

‍Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficiency and profitability of the process.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships with them.
• Oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying company needs to finalizing purchases.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the procurement process.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to identify procurement requirements and ensure their fulfilment.
• Continuously analyse the market to identify opportunities and maintain the company's competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Previous experience, minim 5 years, in a similar procurement role and team coordination;
• Higher education in a technical field
• Proven negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities;
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset;
• Strong English language skills.
