We are helping a dominant company in interactive entertainment, who has diverse portfolio of award-winning, category-leading Casual and Social Casino-themed games, including nine of the top 100 highest-grossing mobile games in the US.

They are now searching for a new colleague for their

security team.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of our physical security infrastructure, including the access control system, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and coordination of the security guard team to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Implementing and managing travel security measures to protect employees during business trips and ensure their safety and security
• Planning, developing strategies to maintain operations and reduce risks during unforeseen events or crises
• Managing and upholding the integrity and credibility of our employees with thorough checks and continuous oversight
• Conducting and overseeing investigations into any security breaches or incidents, ensuring they are thoroughly resolved and analyzed for future prevention
• Working closely with external vendors and third parties that are part of the security infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and high standards of security
• Collaborating with various stakeholders across the company, including Operations, Legal, HR, and Recruitment teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in the security industry, managing security activities
• Proficient in security and safety industry practices is a must
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, exhibiting your attention to detail when applying this knowledge to policy development and execution
• Experience with Access Control, CCTV, IDS and other physical security systems
• Meticulous organization skills, managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
• Pro-active approach and willingness to take the initiative
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, ensuring high-quality work delivery in a organised manner
• Excellent English and Romanian written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts with precision
• Willingness to travel abroad for project-related activities
• Able to work independently and as an integral part of a team
