Role Requirements:
- Technical studies (IT or management)
- Project management certifications (PRINCE 2, PMP, IT Project Manager CNFPA, ITIL) are an advantage.
- 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management (at least 3 years as a project manager, with a minimum of 2 projects over 200,000 euros).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Leadership skills;
- Ability to organize and motivate the team;
- Budget tracking, vendor management, stakeholder communication management;
- Excellent planning, organization, and coordination skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks without losing sight of overall objectives;
- Self-motivated person (self-starter, capable of providing guidance to team members);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Very good knowledge of using Microsoft Project.
Job Description:
- Planning, supervising, and coordinating medium and large complexity IT projects to coherently implement business requests, respecting the conditions of scope, quality, budget, and time.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project initiation and planning, including estimating financial, material, and human resources to define the project scope and ensure it is achievable within the agreed timeline;
- Ensure resource allocation to correctly build project teams;
- Responsible for managing vendors involved in specific projects and coordinating external resources to implement deliverables;
- Coordinate the intermediate stages of assigned projects to minimize deviations from the initially established scope, deadlines, and resources;
- Manage issues/change requests to ensure and control adherence to the project scope;
- Coordinate project closure and delivery to client departments to facilitate change implementation with minimal negative impact on the work environment;
- Create and maintain updated project documentation (status reports, risk registers, issue registers, resource usage, project plans, etc.) to monitor project status;
- Use Project Management tools (templates and applications) to promote standardization;
- Inform senior management and clients about the status of assigned projects periodically/on request, to provide a clear and accurate picture of the project status.
