Irrigations Coordinator.

The Irrigation Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of the entire irrigation project, helping to develop, and maintenance of the system.

Requirements

• Professional experience in the field of irrigation, at least 3 years
• Higher education in a technical field;
• Advanced level of English;
• Minimum driving license category B;
• Technical knowledge of: implementation, assembly, use, monitoring, and maintenance of irrigation systems and their components, including pumps, valves, PVC/HDPE pipes, and pivots;
• Hydraulic knowledge: ability to read pipe plans
• at least intermediate-level ability to read structural metal plans to facilitate the identification and optimization of potential irregularities in the operation of systems;
• Experience in projects and works with mechanical and civil equipment (HDPE pipes, pump aggregates, lifting systems, etc.);
• Eager for development, communicative, and capable of mediating conflicts, with the possibility of participating in international conferences to continue the professional development process and adapt the company to the latest technologies in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the irrigation department's activities, actively involved in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the irrigation system.
• Collaborates with internal employees and external companies to adhere to the project development process.
• Will be responsible for future team formation within the project as a mentor and coordinator.
• Involves in planning, designing, and implementing irrigation systems to meet specific needs.
• Monitors and manages the operation of irrigation systems, including pumps, pipes, valves, etc.
• Ensures that irrigation equipment is in proper working condition and performs regular maintenance and necessary repairs.
• Develops irrigation programs based on crop requirements, environmental conditions, and water availability.
• Monitors water consumption and implements water conservation practices as applicable.
• Collects and analyzes data on soil moisture levels, weather patterns, and water consumption.
• Generates reports and recommendations to improve irrigation efficiency, effectiveness, and costs.
• Ensures compliance with water use regulations and irrigation practices.
• Keeps up to the their knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding water and environmental management.

• Specific engineering activity schedule with associated fieldwork.
• Location: Pietroiu, Borcea – Calarasi
