For one of our clients, a global organization in the insurance and asset management sector, we are recruiting a Global Employer Branding Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that delivers business services, analytics, and consulting worldwide, supporting its operations and strategic initiatives across multiple regions.
The role involves designing and leading global strategies that attract top talent, build a strong employer brand, and create consistent messaging across diverse markets.
You will work closely with HR teams, senior leaders, and creative partners worldwide to deliver impactful employer branding initiatives that align with business goals and reflect the company’s values and culture.
What you will do:
• Create and execute a global employer branding strategy and annual plan in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and act as the primary point of contact for creative agencies and internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Provide guidance and expertise on employer branding, ensuring alignment with global communication standards and protecting the company’s reputation.
• Understand the importance of safeguarding brand reputation and take proactive measures to maintain a positive employer image in all markets.
• Oversee social media activities, validating and coordinating strategies (content creation is handled by dedicated team members).
• Coordinate social media campaigns and guide local teams, ensuring strategies are adapted effectively to each market while maintaining global consistency.
• Analyze data and social media analytics to make informed decisions, measure campaign success, and propose improvements where necessary.
• Manage crisis situations effectively, aligning with various stakeholders to protect the brand’s reputation during challenging scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to develop engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and showcases the company’s culture globally.
• Review and approve external communications (e.g., press releases, social media posts, award submissions) to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and policies.
• Provide coaching and alignment to local teams for implementing global strategies successfully.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience in employer branding, communications, or marketing, in a global or multinational organization.
• Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with creative agencies.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and analytics tools.
• Ability to evaluate campaign results using data-driven insights and propose adjustments to improve performance.
• Resilience and confidence in managing crises and collaborating with senior stakeholders to resolve sensitive situations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographies.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
