For our client, we are hiring a Business Development Manager.
About the Company:
A general contracting company specializing in fit-out services for office, retail, and HoReCa spaces. The company manages complex interior design projects and provides customized solutions for each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospecting the market to identify new clients and sales opportunities.
- Selling fit-out services for office, retail, and HoReCa sectors.
- Generating and developing a client portfolio through networking, meetings, and presentations.
- Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.
- Following up on sold projects, ensuring that delivery meets client expectations.
- Participating in online training sessions provided by product suppliers and the company.
- Working independently, taking full responsibility for the generated projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales of interior fit-out services for office, retail, and HoReCa spaces.
- Entrepreneurial approach, with a focus on developing a personal portfolio.
- Results-driven mindset and strong financial motivation.
- Proactivity and autonomy, with the ability to work without constant supervision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good English skills (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Valid Category B driving license.

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
- Hybrid work model, with great flexibility based on the candidate’s preference (minimum one day per week at the office).
