For our client, we are hiring a Business Development Manager.

About the Company:

A general contracting company specializing in fit-out services for office, retail, and HoReCa spaces. The company manages complex interior design projects and provides customized solutions for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospecting the market to identify new clients and sales opportunities.
  • Selling fit-out services for office, retail, and HoReCa sectors.
  • Generating and developing a client portfolio through networking, meetings, and presentations.
  • Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Following up on sold projects, ensuring that delivery meets client expectations.
  • Participating in online training sessions provided by product suppliers and the company.
  • Working independently, taking full responsibility for the generated projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales of interior fit-out services for office, retail, and HoReCa spaces.
  • Entrepreneurial approach, with a focus on developing a personal portfolio.
  • Results-driven mindset and strong financial motivation.
  • Proactivity and autonomy, with the ability to work without constant supervision.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good English skills (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Valid Category B driving license.
